For this, we have built a quality testing lab, where we maintain each stage of production process that are followed as per Food Safety Management Systems. The unit is controlled by our team of quality controllers who has years of experience in food industry. They are engaged to check the quality of Mixed Vegetables, Green Peas, Strawberry, Custard Apple Pulp and others to ensure that we offer only the flawless range of products to the clients. Moreover, our complete range of food items is strictly inspected on following parameters:

Our Facilities
To offer high quality food items to our esteemed clients, we have established harvesting and processing units that are backbone of our business entity. We have built two processing units for the production of our Frozen Foods and that are located at Perne Phata and at Burkegaon. We also posses three cold storages with 250 metric tons capacity that is helpful to store our range of finished Custard Apple Pulp, Broccoli, Green Beans and others. Apart from these, our sophisticated boiler room, high capacity blast-freezing rooms and use of automatic Blancher machine, we are able to meet the bulk requirements of clients in an effective manner.
To ensure a finely controlled, microbe free process for maintaining the superlative quality of our food products, We also have developed our boiler rooms and an independent quality assurance wing that are connected to an E-lab system. To cultivate 'ready to eat' or Non Frozen Foods, we also built our processing units that are equipped with automatic printing, labeling and packing machines. In addition, we also have our vertical retort and a fully automatic canning line that assist us to package foodstuffs into metal cans for ease of preservation, transportation and distribution.
To deliver best quality food products without hampering their quality, we always focus on packaging of our range that is packaged with qualitative materials. This unit is controlled by packaging experts who make use of 1 kg, 500 g, 250 g, bulk 30 kg, 135 g, 183 g etc. for packaging our Frozen Foods, Non Frozen Foods, Canned, etc.
